This guide explains how to assign and publish a listing for a Virtual Auction via the PC Console. Publishing ensures the listing is visible on your office’s website and categorised correctly for online bidding.

Steps to Assign and Publish a Virtual Auction

Step 1: Log into the PC Console and navigate to your Auctions Live Dashboard.

Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming.

Step 3: All imported listings will appear as Unassigned & Draft.

Step 4: Locate the relevant listing and click the blue Edit icon on the right-hand side.

Step 5: Navigate to the Auction Type field and use the dropdown menu to select Virtual.

Step 6: In the Published Status dropdown, change the status from Draft to Published. This will make the listing visible on your office’s website via the Hosted Website Widget.

Step 7: Ensure Auctions Live Online Bidding Registration is Open.

Step 8: Once complete, click the green Update button at the top or bottom right corner of the screen to save changes and return to the Overview tab. Once saved, the property will be moved from the Unassigned tab to the Assigned tab under All Upcoming.

Step 9: Scroll down and click +Create Live Stream, then click Create.
